Every install from Jones & Associates is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. That is our written promise that the crew who installed your roof, windows, siding, or doors did the job right — and if anything we put on your house fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge.

What the 10-year warranty covers

• Flashing, fastening, sealing, and weatherproofing details
• Callbacks for leaks or defects caused by installation
• Free re-inspection if you notice anything unusual

Manufacturer warranties on top

On top of our workmanship warranty, your materials come with their own manufacturer coverage — Andersen lifetime frame warranty on windows, Malarkey and Owens Corning shingle warranties up to 50 years, Mule-Hide membrane warranties, and TRP Coatings coverage on commercial coatings.
