Our story started in May of 1987
Jeff and L’Anna Jones opened Jones & Associates in May of 1987 with one goal: deliver the kind of customer experience the home-improvement business is famous for not delivering. Four people. One truck. A handful of Lubbock homeowners willing to take a chance on a new outfit.
Thirty-eight years later, that same family business has grown into a 35-person team that does roughly seven million dollars a year in roofing, windows, doors, and siding work for homeowners across the South Plains, the Permian Basin, and the Texas Panhandle. We’ve been recognized by Qualified Remodeler magazine as one of the Top 500 contractors in the United States — multiple times. We’ve held a BBB A+ rating since 1988.
What hasn’t changed in those 38 years is the part that matters most: when you call Jones & Associates, a real person picks up the phone, gives you their name, and is still going to be there next year if anything goes wrong with the work we did.
